Abstract

Addressing information security issues is inseparable from information security technologies and products. But technology is not the most important in the entire information security system. Scientific information security management is the foundation for establishing an effective information security system. In the case that China's core technology and key equipment are still relatively backward, it is required to give full play to institutional advantages and make up for technical deficiencies through scientific management.
