Abstract

The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology has injected new vitality into the marketing strategies and customer relationship management of enterprises. Through deep learning, big data analysis, and natural language processing technologies of artificial intelligence, enterprises can more efficiently achieve customer insights, personalized recommendations, precise marketing campaigns, and customer lifecycle management. This article systematically elaborates on the application scenarios, advantages, and challenges of artificial intelligence in precision marketing and customer relationship management, and analyzes its value in improving customer satisfaction, optimizing resource allocation, and enhancing brand loyalty through practical cases.
