Abstract

In the network age, law education is facing a situation where challenges and opportunities coexist. The purpose of this study is to reveal the spreading law of ideological trend in the network society, and to explore the collaborative strategy for the construction of legal education network positions. This article carefully analyzes the generation, communication characteristics and influence of the ideological trend in the network society, as well as its role in public concepts and public opinion. At the same time, it combs the present situation of the network position of legal education, and identifies the challenges it faces and the role of the ideological trend of network society in legal education. It is found that adopting hot topic discussion and strengthening practical teaching can actively take advantage of the positive role of the ideological trend in the network society and promote the innovation and progress of legal education. Strengthening the monitoring of network public opinion and guiding students to establish correct values are helpful to resist the negative influence of the ideological trend in the network society. The article provides theoretical support for the sustainable development of legal education network position. It is expected that the network position of legal education will be closer to the social reality, provide more learning resources and practical opportunities for teachers and students, and cultivate more legal talents with solid legal theory foundation and the ability to actively respond to network challenges.
