Abstract

This article focuses on the construction of professional group teachers in universities from the perspective of Industry-Education Integration. Under the current trend of coordinated development of education and industry, this article aims to explore a set of feasible construction paths and provide strong theoretical support and practical guidance for the construction of professional group teachers in universities. In this article, the theory of Industry-Education Integration, the theory of specialty group construction and the theory of teaching staff construction are expounded to clarify its theoretical basis. Furthermore, it deeply analyzes the requirements of Industry-Education Integration on teachers' industrial practice ability, frontier knowledge mastery and interdisciplinary teaching ability, as well as the challenges faced by imperfect cooperation mechanism, defects in the introduction and training system, and unsuitable assessment and incentive mechanism. Then, it puts forward to improve the cooperation mechanism, starting with building a deep cooperation platform and establishing a normalized communication and coordination mechanism; Optimize the introduction and training of teachers, including broadening the channels for introducing industrial talents, carrying out post-employment training for teachers in the industry, and promoting interdisciplinary training for teachers in schools. In addition, innovative assessment and incentive mechanism, through the establishment of a diversified assessment index system, improve the incentive measures and other construction paths, to improve the level of professional group teachers in universities.
