Abstract
In the context of "Internet+", advancing the system of cross-institutional credit study and credit recognition provides students with broader learning opportunities and access to quality educational resources. This paper starts from the practice of implementing the cross-institutional credit study project in Liaoning Province. It analyzes the achievements and problems encountered during the implementation of the project and proposes solutions, hoping to offer references for the future development of cross-institutional credit studies in Liaoning Province.
