Abstract
Based on the background of "governing taxation by numbers", this study focuses on tax risk management in the real estate industry, and deeply explores the practice and advantages of electronic taxation in this field. First, it analyzes the emerging role of electronic taxation in the real estate industry under the background of the concept of "governing taxation with numbers", emphasizing its importance in modern tax management. Subsequently, the application of electronic taxation in the real estate industry was discussed in detail. On this basis, the significant advantages of electronic taxation in improving tax transparency, compliance, and reducing management costs are highlighted.
