Abstract
The new era not only means that China’s social economy, production and life, various fields and industries have entered a new stage of development, but also means that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new stage, and China’s development has formed a new historical positioning. The Chinese spirit of the new era is a powerful spiritual ideology condensed by the Chinese people, showcasing their positive and progressive spirit, and can provide ideological guidance for the people. Integrating the Chinese spirit of the new era into ideological and political courses in colleges can ensure that the Chinese spirit comprehensively and efficiently covers the contemporary college student population, effectively improve the overall literacy of college students, and promote their overall progress. This article first discusses the connotation of the new era Chinese spirit, then analyzes the necessity of integrating the new era Chinese spirit into ideological and political courses in colleges, and finally proposes several integration strategies for relevant colleges and faculty to refer to and learn from.
