Abstract
Based on the theory of regulatory focus, this paper discusses how to express the two perspectives of promotion and prevention. This article analyzes the visual rhetoric strategies in two documentary films about artificial intelligence (AI), China's Hello AI and the United States' More Human Than Human. It explores how these strategies-such as montage and long shot, spectacle and reality, film language and lens aesthetics, gesture and movement-express the ideas of promotion and prevention through creation, organization, and representation.
