Abstract
In the era of knowledge economy in the 21st century, intellectual property rights are increasingly becoming an important part of the core competitiveness of countries, enterprises and individuals. With the deepening of globalization, intellectual property protection not only affects the domestic innovation environment and economic growth, but also becomes an important issue in international cooperation and competition. As a world economic power, strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights in China is of great significance for promoting high-quality economic growth. This paper studies the relationship between intellectual property protection and high-quality economic growth, combs the research status at home and abroad, and clarifies the importance of intellectual property protection. By comparing the practice of intellectual property protection at home and abroad, the article also puts forward a series of targeted strategies and suggestions, aiming at perfecting the intellectual property protection system in China and promoting the economic growth to a higher quality.
