Abstract

China is a large shipping country, and the effect of training navigation professionals is not ideal. The working ability of the new generation of crew is obviously weak, and the lack of practical ability affects their actual work. As the relevant colleges and universities that train maritime talents, they should enhance the effect of talent training by strengthening the effect of maritime practice teaching, and the use of information resource management technology is an important application.
