Abstract
Teachers' performance appraisal of higher vocational colleges is a comprehensive evaluation of teachers' teaching, scientific research and social services, It is an important means of standardized management in higher vocational colleges. Reasonable and efficient performance appraisal can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers, improve the comprehensive quality of teachers, and optimize the efficiency of higher vocational colleges. Based on the relevant theory, this paper constructs a performance appraisal model of Higher Vocational College Teachers Based on entropy weight and grey correlation degree, which eliminates the influence of small sample and subjectivity on the system and reduces the difficulty of operation. It provides a new idea about teachers' performance appraisal.
