Abstract

This paper expounds the basic concept, epidemiology and harm of dysmenorrhea, and the basic concept and characteristics of high-rise point, as well as the understanding of human body X-shaped balance therapy on dysmenorrhea, and the distribution regularities of high-rise point of dysmenorrhea in trunk, limbs and ear points, which provides a treatment idea for primary dysmenorrhea by X-shaped balance therapy.
