Abstract

How marine technological innovation promotes high-quality development of marine economy is an important topic today. In this paper, based on the connotations of marine technological innovation and high-quality marine economic development, the role of marine technological innovation in driving high-quality marine economic development is explored, such as laying down the resource base for high-quality marine economic development, promoting the transformation of high-quality development mode of marine economy, optimizing the structure of marine economic structure and developing the scale of marine economy, with the expectation of providing a reference for high-quality marine economic development.
