Abstract
With the continuous deepening of higher education teaching reform and the continuous deepening of college enrollment expansion, the number of minority students enrolled in higher education institutions is also increasing, and the total number of minority students enrolled in higher education undergraduate colleges is structured The proportion and its value in the ratio are increasing significantly. Under this general environment, how to take targeted management measures according to the different characteristics of ethnic minority college students in our country to effectively improve the educational management level of ethnic minority college students in our country has become extremely important. Therefore, this article will conduct an in-depth research case analysis on the related topics of how to do a good job in the education and management of ethnic students in accordance with the educational characteristics of colleges and universities training ethnic minority students, in order to provide useful references for researchers in related topics.
