Abstract

With the popularization and application of network information technology and the continuous emergence of new network media, the network has become an indispensable part of daily learning and life in today's society. This article expounds the use of information and network technology to innovate the new model of college grassroots party organization construction from three aspects: innovating learning and education platforms, strengthening grassroots organization management, and occupying ideological positions.
