Abstract

Cultivating students' concept of government by law in ideological education in universities is the inevitable requirement of comprehensively promoting the strategy of governing the country according to law, and it is also the basic function of cultivating qualified talents in ideological course. Promoting the strategy of governing the country according to law in an all-round way requires cultivating citizens' socialist concept of the government by law and enhancing their consciousness of doing things according to law. Universities should strengthen the cultivation of students' view of the government by law through ideology education, help them to establish a correct view of the government by law, improve their quality of the government by law, and develop their habit of civilized behavior by law. For college ideology education, integrating government by law education into ideology education will help to develop government by law education with the help of ideology education platform, which will help to create a cultural atmosphere of government by law on campus and finally form a cultural environment of government by law in universities. This paper explains the theoretical and practical significance of cultivating college students' view of the government by law, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as optimizing the cultivation environment, enriching the cultivation contents and improving the cultivation methods of the view of the government by law.
