Abstract

In higher vocational physical education activities, the integration of humanistic ideas can make students healthier, help students master the relevant sports skills, ease the tension of students, help students improve their comprehensive quality. According to the specific situation of higher vocational physical education in China, this paper analyzes the importance of integrating humanistic ideas into higher vocational physical education, and formulates the strategies of integrating humanistic ideas into higher vocational physical education.
