Abstract
At present, the “Three Comprehensive Education” has been widely promoted at all levels and types of education, which has improved the overall quality of the participants and broadened the development horizon of the entire education system. But at the same time, due to a series of problems that the quality of teaching staff needs to be improved, the education chain is broken, and supporting facilities are not in place, the expected results have not yet been achieved. In view of the above shortcomings, it is necessary to optimize the existing operating mechanism, adopt measures such as constructing a linkage mechanism, highlighting the theme of education, promoting pilot reforms, and building a practical training base, so as to promote the effective improvement of education.
