Abstract

With the gradual development of the modernization of the national legal system, the traditional legal culture of ethnic minorities, which is an integral part of our legal culture, will inevitably face the difficulties of modernization. The legal culture of ethnic minorities is an important part of our legal culture. If we don't deepen our understanding of the legal culture of ethnic minorities and fully tap the excellent and reasonable components of the legal culture of ethnic minorities, we can't have a general understanding of the whole legal culture of our country. Incorporating the legal culture of ethnic minorities into the legal concept education of ethnic college students can not only inherit the excellent traditional legal culture of ethnic minorities, but also promote the legal concept education of ethnic college students. Based on anthropological perspective, this paper focuses on analyzing the legal culture of ethnic minorities, in order to enrich the content and form of legal concept education for ethnic college students and further improve their legal concept.
