Abstract

English for specific purposes is an important category in college English professional lectures, and it has become more and more prominent in Chinese college English lectures. Based on this, research scholars in major universities began to devote themselves to exploring a targeted teaching model combining advanced teaching concepts and specialized English teaching. This targeted teaching mode includes factors such as talent training mode and curriculum settings. This article will also point out the requirements of this teaching mode for teachers, students and schools, with a view to discussing the future teaching mode of English for specific purposes.
