Abstract

In recent years, with the continuous increase in the number of college graduates and the gradual deepening of the reform of employment policies, the overall employment situation of college graduates in China is good, but the employment situation is still severe. The employment problem of college graduates has become a concern for the people’s livelihood. Hotspots and focal points. The ideology and psychology of college graduates when choosing employment are greatly affected, making them inevitably encounter various difficulties and conflicts in the process of choosing jobs, leading to a series of contradictions and problems. If the resulting ideological and psychological problems cannot be solved, it will not be possible to fundamentally solve the problem of college students’ employment difficulties. Therefore, under the current severe situation, the employment guidance work for college students must integrate ideological and political education into the whole process of the overall work, thereby highlighting the core position of ideological and political education, realizing the organic combination of ideological and political education and employment guidance, and exerting overall effectiveness . To solve this problem, we must first conduct an in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the process of employment ideological and political education. This is a prerequisite for improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education in employment guidance for college students.
