Abstract

The development of economic globalization has promoted the international cross-border flow of capital, information, technology and other production factors. As the most active factor of production, labor force flows more frequently in the world. With the rapid development of China's economy, more and more foreign workers from countries and regions with abundant labor force are attracted to China for short-term employment. China has gradually changed from a traditional labor exporting country to a labor importing country. Yunnan Province is connected with three countries by land, providing a convenient channel for cross-border workers. This paper reviews the current situation of foreign workers in Yunnan Province, and puts forward some feasible suggestions on how to regulate these foreign workers, so as to protect the basic rights of foreign workers and regulate the labor market.
