Abstract

For higher vocational colleges, the primary purpose of running a school is to train talents effectively through high-quality teaching. Actively developing the construction of art teachers has a positive impact on the improvement of teachers' comprehensive quality and teaching level, and is of great significance to better realize the purpose of students' talent training. This paper focuses on the construction of art teachers in higher vocational colleges in order to contribute to the development of higher vocational colleges.
