Abstract

In order to make students get good development after graduation, students'ideological, moral and political identity can meet the needs of talents in the present era. In the process of educating students, the responsible teachers should analyze the ideological and political identity psychology of college students, and fully understand the formation mechanism of ideological and political identity psychology of college students, so that the education mode and management mode carried out by colleges and universities can be effectively improved, and promote students to grow up to develop all-round quality talents.
