Abstract

" Belt and Road "is an important policy in China, which points out a new direction for the international economic development of our country, and also provides a huge opportunity for the development of Sichuan Province. English is the core professional curriculum in higher vocational colleges, and it is also the main way for higher vocational students to acquire English literacy. The English major of higher vocational colleges should change the traditional education mode under the background of "Belt and Road" in Sichuan Province, promote the internationalization of English education, provide professional English talents for the society, and improve the employment success rate of higher vocational students. Therefore, the article will summarize the connotation of international english talents training in higher vocational colleges, analyze the background of international english talents training, explore the demand of enterprise talents in sichuan province under the background of "belt and road ", and put forward the method of international english talents training in higher vocational colleges in order to promote the development of english education in higher vocational colleges in china.
