Abstract
As the most widely used language in the world, with the development of economic globalization, it has become a necessary skill to master and use English skillfully. In today's higher education, the focus of English education is more and more obvious. But the students' personal differences are very big, so it is difficult to test the teachers' English ability. The implementation of China English proficiency scale can solve this problem. It can test the learning level of all English learners. This paper explores the value and application of evaluation methods in College English education.
