Abstract

Under the background of "micro-age ", the ideas and ideas of the students in the university stage have also changed, and the arrival of micro-age has a profound impact on students'daily life and study. Things are often double-sided, the arrival of micro-age brings convenience to college teaching, but also brings great impact and challenges to university education management, resulting in university management into a dilemma. Therefore, this paper discusses the existing problems and difficulties of university education management, discusses how to perfect the university management system in the micro-era, and puts forward some management suggestions.
