Abstract
The traditional job-based human resource management system has become more and more difficult to adapt to the needs of a rapidly changing organizational environment, and organizational innovation is urgently needed. Based on the experience of advanced organizations, this study explores the construction of a new human resource management system based on competency. Based on the interpretation of its importance, this study focuses on how to build a new human resource management system based on competency.
