Abstract

Tea-picking operas in Jiangxi including branches in east, south, west and north is another emerging opera genre, closely related with folk song and ditty, especially tea-picking opera in Qupai style so far. Wuning tea-picking opera as one of excellent local operas in Jiangxi Province and provincial level intangible cultural heritage keeps strong local flavor and specializes in expressing modern life.
